Growing Together: Training and Connection Across Our Offices

Two important activities were recently carried out to strengthen our teams and increase the impact in communities.

On one hand, regional managers took part in a workshop called “The Art of Selling with Strategy.” This exclusive training highlights the commitment to professional growth, equipping those who work directly with entrepreneurial families with new tools that help improve both support and results in the field.

At the same time, a tour of offices across the country made it possible to get a closer look at the work of loan officers. They are the direct link with more than 100,000 families, and behind every loan there is listening, guidance, and a vision for the future. With dedication and dignity, these women drive a quiet but powerful transformation that sustains economic activity and keeps hope alive in every community.

These spaces for learning and connection strengthen the mission of working with motivated and well-prepared teams, who see every meeting as a chance to grow and share experiences.
