What is the Semáforo Business Network?
Based on the Semáforo methodology—developed by Fundación Paraguaya—this initiative allows employees and their families to carry out a comprehensive self-assessment of their quality of life. Through a participatory and visual process, participants identify their strengths and areas for improvement, becoming active agents in their own development. This tool is not about handouts; it’s about empowerment. It promotes self-managed solutions, supported by the benefits and programs already offered by the company.
