“Amiga de la Inclusión” seal: a recognition for fairer, more accessible and respectful workplaces

Fundación Paraguaya proudly received the “Amiga de la Inclusión” Seal, an award granted by the SUMMA Network and Fundación Saraki to organizations that are actively building fairer, more accessible, and respectful work environments.

“We came to celebrate with companies that took on the challenge of creating a workplace culture where inclusion is seen as an enriching opportunity for all. Through this recognition, we reaffirm our commitment and join a network of organizations working toward a more inclusive Paraguay. We are proud to be an Amiga de la Inclusión organization,” said Karina Fischer, Organizational Development Manager at Fundación Paraguaya.

The SUMMA Network is a business motivation program that supports national and international companies on their journey toward inclusion and accessibility, offering a practical platform, clear step-by-step guidance, and a continuous support network.

“As the SUMMA Network, we guide companies through every step toward greater inclusion and accessibility,” added Luciano Gómez, SUMMA Network Coordinator.

In its 2025 edition, the “Amiga de la Inclusión” Seal was awarded to organizations that went a step further:

  • Those that reviewed and improved their employment practices.
  • Those that created accessible workplaces.
  • Those that hired with a rights-based approach.

At Fundación Paraguaya, we celebrate this achievement as a collective milestone and reaffirm that inclusion is not just a core value—it’s an active and cross-cutting principle of our organizational culture. We remain firmly committed to ensuring no one is left behind.
