Dr. Martín Burt, founder and CEO of Fundación Paraguaya, emphasized the significance of this recognition:
«This achievement is doubly important. On one hand, we are recognized as a great place to work; more than 91% of our employees believe we are a good organization. But what’s even more meaningful is that we are working with the most vulnerable people in Paraguay. While monetary poverty in the country stands between 22% and 24%, our Poverty Stoplight program shows we are serving more than 36% of the population in vulnerable conditions. In other words, we have the best human team in Paraguay working with the most disadvantaged people in Paraguay, promoting their personal, spiritual, and material progress.”

With its mission to eliminate poverty worldwide, Fundación Paraguaya promotes financial inclusion, education, and solidarity-driven cooperation, not only within Paraguay but also in more than 60 countries across all continents. The organization contributes to the development of families and the improvement of their living conditions through a multidimensional approach to combating poverty.
