MFR (formerly MicroFinanza Rating) is an international company specializing in the assessment and certification of financial institutions, particularly those engaged in inclusive and sustainable finance.
What does MFR do?
MFR offers independent services in:
• Institutional Rating – Evaluates a financial institution’s operational and financial sustainability.
• Social and Environmental Rating – Assesses how an institution implements its social mission and its environmental impact.
• Client Protection Certification – Verifies compliance with international standards for protecting client rights (in line with the Universal Standards for Social and Environmental Performance Management).
