Fundación Paraguaya has officially launched the Verdeate Campaign, an ambitious initiative aimed at «turning green» the indicators of the Poverty Stoplight system, with the goal of helping 100,000 families improve their quality of life over the next five years.

The campaign is based on the Poverty Stoplight methodology, which identifies around 50 key indicators to determine whether a family is experiencing multidimensional poverty. The Foundation’s goal is for each participating family to transform their red and yellow indicators into green, which means they’re moving toward a life of dignity, free from structural poverty.
To achieve this, the Foundation relies on a strong team of 150 field advisors, working with over 4,000 women’s committees across the country. In 2024 alone, 92,000 Poverty Stoplight surveys were conducted with families involved in the Women Entrepreneurs Committees. Starting in 2025, the tool will also be used with individual microloan clients. The plan includes the use of technology, mentorship, challenges, and practical solutions to guide families along their path out of poverty.

Fundación Paraguaya has a clear vision: to become a global leader in poverty elimination, turning 300,000 indicators green each year, and ensuring that the 125,000 families it works with are living with dignity by 2029.
